Acceptable Use Policy

You may not list: weapons, alcohol, tobacco, drugs (legal or otherwise), human remains, stolen goods, counterfeit items, prescription medication, animals listed for fighting, items that violate Saudi cultural or religious norms, or anything illegal under Saudi law.

Don't post fake listings, request advance payments without delivering goods, ask buyers to pay outside Mazhool to skip protection, or impersonate other people or businesses. We use automated detection plus human review to catch scams quickly.

Treat other users the way you'd want to be treated. We don't tolerate harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content sent through our messaging system. Reports are reviewed within 4 hours.

Photos must show the actual item. Descriptions must be truthful. Don't list a 2018 car and ship a 2015. Listings caught misrepresenting goods are removed and may trigger account suspension.
