Copyright Policy

Send an email to copyright@mazhool.sa with: (1) your name + contact details; (2) the URL of the infringing listing; (3) the original work and proof of ownership; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; (6) your physical or electronic signature. We acknowledge every notice within 48 hours.

We review every notice. If it's complete and credible, we remove the listing within 48 hours and notify the user who posted it. The user can submit a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was wrong; if they do, we may restore the listing 10-14 business days later unless legal action follows.

Accounts that receive multiple valid takedown notices are suspended permanently. We maintain an internal record of repeat infringers and may share it with rights holders on lawful request.

If your listing was removed in error, file a counter-notice at copyright@mazhool.sa with: your contact details, the URL of the removed listing, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was wrong, your consent to Saudi jurisdiction, and your signature.
