Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts under Saudi law, and using Mazhool for lawful purposes. Businesses can register on behalf of a legal entity registered in the Kingdom.

You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Mazhool a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your listing on our platform and in marketing materials. You confirm you have the right to sell what you list and that the description is accurate.

You may not post listings that violate Saudi law, infringe IP, scam users, contain weapons or restricted goods, or otherwise break our Acceptable Use Policy. We remove such listings immediately and may report serious cases to authorities.

Posting basic listings is free. Premium features (boosted listings, featured ads, paid plans) are billed via Stripe in SAR. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Mazhool is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We don't own, inspect, or warrant the items listed. Transactions happen between users, we strongly recommend in-person meets in safe public locations and reading our Safety Tips.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
