Refund & Cancellation Policy

Posting a basic listing on Mazhool is free. There's nothing to refund and nothing to cancel, you can delete a listing yourself any time from your dashboard.

If you bought a featured-ad slot or a boost, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the boost has not yet been activated. Once a boost is live, refunds are pro-rated based on the days remaining. Email billing@mazhool.sa with your order number.

Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep access until then. We don't pro-rate mid-period for monthly plans, but annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days receive a full refund.

If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending review. We always prefer to resolve issues directly, please email billing@mazhool.sa first, and we typically resolve within 3 business days.
