How do I post a listing?
Sign up with your phone, click Post an Ad at the top of any page, pick a category, fill in the details, add photos, and publish. Most listings go live within minutes after our automated review passes.
Is Mazhool free to use?
Yes for most users. Posting basic listings is free with no commission. Optional paid features include featured-ad placement, boosted visibility, and dedicated business accounts. See our pricing page when you're ready to grow.
How do I stay safe meeting a buyer or seller?
Always meet in a public place during the day, bring a friend or family member, inspect the item before paying, and never wire money to someone you haven't met. Read our full Safety Tips for more.
What if I get scammed?
Report the listing immediately at safety@mazhool.sa or via the Report button. If you paid, contact your bank to dispute the charge. We can provide transaction records to support investigations and have helped users recover funds in several past cases.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your active listings disappear immediately; your account data is removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
